Fine Honey Cakes, Delicately Balanced
At Butterbee Baker, we specialise in handcrafted, layered honey cakes made in small batches using only premium, Halal-friendly ingredients. Our cakes are vegetarian-friendly and entirely free from alcohol, preservatives, artificial colours and artificial flavours.

We believe in "wholesome goodness", using the natural sweetness of honey to create a treat that is light, satisfying, and famously not overly sweet.

As a dedicated home-based studio, we take immense pride in our immaculate and food-safe environment. By focusing on small-scale production, we are able to give every single cake the personal attention and meticulous care it deserves, ensuring it arrives at your celebration perfectly fresh and thoughtfully handled.

Our signature style begins with the Classic Honey Cake (Medovik), timeless and reimagined. Each cake features a moist, velvety texture paired with a perfect balance of silky-smooth cream and a light, slightly tangy finish.

We take pride in our diverse flavour journeys, which feature both our permanent Signature and Midnight Collections. We also celebrate the seasons through limited-edition curations, ensuring there is always a new "slice of joy" to discover.
