How do I place an order?

The best way to secure your date is by filling out our Cake Enquiry Form. This ensures we have all your details to provide an accurate quote.

If you have a quick question or a design idea you'd like to chat about first, feel free to DM us on Instagram or WhatsApp!

How much notice do you need?
We require at least 48 hours' notice for standard honey cakes and a minimum of 7 days for custom creations. Our calendar fills up quickly, so we recommend booking as soon as your date is confirmed!

I need a cake urgently (less than 48 hours). Is this possible?
We may be able to fit in a last-minute request depending on our baking schedule. Please send an enquiry with "URGENT" in the subject line, and we will let you know as soon as possible.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer delivery across Sydney. The fee is calculated based on the distance from our kitchen in North St Marys NSW 2760 to your location. For custom or multi-tiered cakes, professional delivery is highly recommended.

How can I pay for my cake?

We accept Bank Transfer, PayID, and Cash. To secure your date and allow us to source your fresh ingredients, a deposit is required for all orders.

The remaining balance can be settled via Bank Transfer/PayID before your event, or in Cash upon collection.

What are your serving sizes based on?
Our Regular and Large sizes are based on standard dessert portions. If you are unsure which size to choose, please let us know your guest count in the enquiry form, and we can advise the best fit.

Are your cakes Halal?

Yes! We use 100% Halal-friendly and vegetarian-friendly ingredients in all our bakes. Our honey cakes are made using clean, natural ingredients with no preservatives, no additives, and no animal-derived gelatines. We believe in keeping things simple and natural, no "nasty stuff" here!

Can you copy a cake design exactly?

While we love using your reference photos as inspiration, we do not exactly replicate the work of other bakers. We prefer to put our own creative signature on your design to make it truly unique for your celebration! If you don't have any inspiration photos yet, don't worry! we are more than happy to discuss ideas with you further to create something you'll love.

How should I store my honey cake?

We highly recommend storing your honey cake in the fridge to keep it fresh. For the best experience, take the cake out 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving to allow the layers to soften. However, many of our customers enjoy it cold too! For the best flavour and texture, we suggest consuming your cake within 3 days.

How should I transport my cake?

Always place the cake box on a completely flat surface, the front passenger floor is the best spot. Ensure your air-conditioning is on and directed towards the cake. Never place a cake on a car seat, as the seat's tilt can cause the delicate layers to shift or slide.

On hot days or for drives longer than one hour, please bring a large cooler bag or thermal box to keep the cake chilled and stable.

Do you offer Gluten-Free or Vegan options?
Our signature honey cakes contain gluten, dairy, and honey. At this stage, we do not offer Gluten-Free or Vegan options, as we cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.

Do you offer egg-free options?

Our Classic Honey Cake can be made 100% egg-free upon request. Because this requires special preparation, we require a minimum of 7 days' notice for all egg-free orders.

Please note that our other specialty flavours (such as Pistachio Rose or Caramel Crunch) cannot be guaranteed egg-free, as many of the specialty ingredients we use may contain egg.

While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, all our cakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles eggs. We cannot guarantee a 100% egg-free environment.

Are your cakes nut-free?
Our signature honey cake base typically contains ground almonds. We can create a nut-free version upon request, but this requires a minimum of 7 days' notice to ensure we can specially prepare your order.

Please note: While we take every precaution, our kitchen frequently handles pistachios, walnuts, and other tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment and do not recommend our products for those with severe allergies.
